AW'S EASY VEGETABLE SOUP | |
2 cups water variety of cleaned and cut vegetables (your choice) 1/2 tsp. vegetable bouillon Fill a Crock-Pot or saucepan with 2 cups water. Add chopped vegetables. Add vegetable bouillon and stir. Let the soup simmer until the vegetables are soft. Pour the soup into a bowl and enjoy! You may add some spices if you wish. Basil and salt are the best (but just a pinch for some zing).
