VEGETABLE SANDWICHES 
Pita bread or Kangaroo bread
Sliced fresh tomatoes
Sliced cucumbers
Bean sprouts or Alfalfa sprouts
Satiated Mozzarella cheese
Sunflower seeds
Fresh sliced mushrooms
Mayonnaise
Guacamole (optional)

Cut Pita bread open. Spread halves with mayonnaise and or guacamole. Pile on vegetables, cheese and sunflower seeds.
