TURKEY OR CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2-3 c. cooked white meat turkey or chicken
2 tbsp. flour
1 bouillon cube, chicken
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
1 c. plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs

1. Layer broccoli and turkey or chicken in 13x9x2 casserole dish.

2. In a bowl, combine flour, bouillon and add a small amount of the evaporated milk, stirring to form a paste. Gradually add remaining milk, soup, mayonnaise, yogurt and curry, mixing well. Pour over turkey and broccoli.

3. Top with grated cheese and then bread crumbs.
