IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick (I use Jiffy mix)
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin

Mix all with mixer, pour into greased 9-10 inch deep dish pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. For 2 pies, use large can of pumpkin and double rest of ingredients.
