IMPOSSIBLE PECAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. dark Karo syrup
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. biscuit mix (Pioneer)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle pecans in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth in blender or by hand. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean 40 to 50 minutes. Cool. This pie makes it's own crust.
