1 lb. ground turkey or beef
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, drained
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. baking mix (i.e. Bisquick)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2). Cook and stir ground meat until brown and drain. Sprinkle meat, Parmesan cheese, onion, tomatoes, green pepper, and seasonings in pie plate.

Beat eggs, milk, and baking mix until smooth (15 seconds in blender) or on high 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake until knife comes out clean. Takes about 30-35 minutes. Cool 6 minutes. Yield 6-8 servings.
