CHERRY PIZZA PIE | |
Crust for 2 crust pie 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 egg 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. pecans, chopped 2 cans cherry pie mix 1 lg. Cool Whip Roll out double crust size to fit pizza pan. Cook crust approximately 10 minutes to set. Cool. Mix and cream together cream cheese, egg, sugar, pecans and vanilla. Pour over cooled crust. Put under broiler for only 5 minutes or until set. Do not brown. Cool. Spread cherry pie mix over. Refrigerate. Add Cool Whip to complete pie or individual servings just before serving. Cut pieces the shape of pizza slices. |
