PIZZA SPAGHETTI PIE 
MEAT LAYER:

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2/3 c. evaporated milk

OR Alternate Meat Layer: 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1/2 c. catsup 1/2 c. water

SPAGHETTI LAYER:

4 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

TOPPING:

1 can (8 oz.) pizza sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
Green pepper rings
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. If using FIRST MEAT LAYER, combine all ingredients and press firmly onto bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake 35-40 minutes. Spoon off drippings and proceed with spaghetti layer. If using ALTERNATIVE MEAT LAYER, brown ground beef and onions, add salt and pepper, catsup, water and bread crumbs. Press into bottom of pie plate.

Combine spaghetti layer ingredients. Spread on top of meat layer. Top with pizza sauce, oregano, green pepper rings, and mozzarella cheese. Sliced pepperoni can also be put on top. If using first meat layer - bake an additional 10 minutes. If using alternative meat layer - bake until heated thoroughly and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges. This casserole can be doubled and put in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan for larger amount.
