IMPOSSIBLE HAM AND SWISS PIE | |
2 c. cut up fully cooked ham 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 c. chopped green onions 4 eggs 2 c. milk 1 c. biscuit mix 1/4 tsp. salt Dash pepper Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese, onions in layers in the plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth in blender or with hand mixer. Pour into plate. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool five minutes. Cut in wedges and serve. Makes six servings. |
