DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHEWY DROPS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
2/3 c. confectioners sugar

Melt 1 cup chocolate chips in microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring after 60-90 seconds. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Stir in oats and chips. Shape into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Roll in confectioners sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute before removing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
