PEANUT BUTTER BANANA DROPS 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. banana, mashed
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. In a large bowl, beat sugar, peanut butter, and butter until light and fluffy. Add bananas, vanilla, and eggs; blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Stir in flour, rolled oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets, flattening slightly with spoon. Bake 8 to 14 minutes until light golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 5 1/2 to 6 dozen.
