MARINATED VEGETABLES 
4 c. assorted fresh vegetables
1 c. cauliflower
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. cherry tomatoes
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Salt
Garlic salt

Combine prepared vegetables in a 1 quart jar. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate jar. Shake vigorously to blend. Pour over vegetables; cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Shake jar several times to coat top vegetables with marinade.
