MARINATED VEGETABLES 
3 carrots
1 cucumber
1 tomato
6 mushrooms
Cauliflower
Broccoli
3 stalks celery
1 1/2 c. Italian dressing, any variety

Cut up vegetables into bite size pieces. Put into a bowl. Pour Italian dressing over vegetables and stir. Let marinate overnight stirring a couple times. Serve. Can use any kinds of amounts of vegetables.
