1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. coarse soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. minced celery
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. hot water

Combine beef, salt, pepper, egg, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Press one half mixture in loaf pan. Combine remaining ingredients for stuffing mix, then rest of meat. Place in pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
