LAYERED MACARONI BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground, beef
1 box macaroni and cheese shells (Velveeta)
1 small bag sliced pepperoni (Hormel)
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes w/ green chilies
1 bag shredded cheese (your choice)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Brown beef and cook macaroni shells according to package; drain both. Add package of cheese sauce and can of Rotel to the shells; mix well. You may use more or less Rotel, according to personal taste.

In an 8x8-inch casserole dish, line and cover the base with pepperoni.

Layer beef, then shredded cheese (use as desired), and follow with macaroni and cheese mixture. Fill the dish with repeating layers.

Place in 375°F for 5 to 7 minutes to heat through. Enjoy :)
