3/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and cheese well until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well until mixture is thin. Then pour into greased 9" pie pan. Bake 50 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven 20 minutes. Top will fall. Mix topping and place in depression. Return to 325 degree oven and bake 20 more minutes. Cool. Keep in refrigerator.
