PRALINE CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 1/4 c. dark brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla and nuts. Pour mixture over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Brush with maple syrup and garnish with pecan halves, if desired or sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
