1 lb. ground beef or veal
1/2 lb. ground lean pork
2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. onion, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. sage

Combine all ingredients. Place in a baking tray. Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven. Makes 8 servings.
