HEALTHY TUNA SALAD 
1 can tuna fish
1 tbsp. olive oil mayonnaise
3-4 banana peppers, chopped
3-4 pitted black olives, chopped
1 tsp. Greek salad dressing
brown rice
black pepper
garlic powder
red cayenne pepper
Parmesan cheese

Place drained tuna in small bowl, add mayo and seasonings until well mixed. Stir in banana peppers and black olives, and then Greek salad dressing. Stir in a few tablespoons of brown rice until evenly distributed in the tuna mixture.

Top with a little bit of Parmesan cheese and enjoy this amazing Tuna Salad.
