QUICK CASSEROLE 
1 or 2 cans English peas, drained well
1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Shredded sharp cheese

Mix peas and soup well in casserole dish. Cook on high in microwave for 5-7 minutes. Cover with cheese and set aside a few minutes for cheese to melt. Leave as is, or swirl cheese into other ingredients.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
