EASY TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (7 1/4 oz.) box macaroni and cheese dinner
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 1/8 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (15 oz.) can English peas, drained

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to directions on box. Blend cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir into macaroni and cheese with tuna, mushrooms, and 1/2 cup of the grated cheese. Mix well and fold in the peas. Put in casserole dish that has been buttered or sprayed with non-stick agent. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes.

NOTE: This dish can be prepared ahead of time, refrigerated and popped into the oven. It can also be varied. More cheese can be added; different vegetables can be substituted instead of the peas, and cream of chicken soup can be used instead of cream of mushroom soup.
