1 c. water
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

ICING:

6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Boil first 3 ingredients for 2 minutes. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well. Bake in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 or 17x11 inch cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 325 degrees.

ICING: Boil together first 3 ingredients for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add next 3 items. Beat well. Spread on sheet cake.
