TACO PIZZA 
2 lbs. ground beef, crumble, cook and drain
2 c. grated cheese (Jack, Cheddar, etc.)
2 sm. cans chopped olives
2 sm. cans diced Ortega peppers
2 c. salsa
3 or 4 lg. flour tortillas

Butter broth sides of first tortilla - place in pan or on cookie sheet. Put part of meat, chopped olives, Ortega peppers, cheese, and salsa. Top with another tortilla. Butter only top side this time. Alternate until all ingredients are used - top with tortilla, butter and put grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40-45 minutes.
