2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

TOPPINGS:

Shredded lettuce
Diced tomato
Salsa
Sour cream

Roll out dough onto 2 greased cookie sheets. Brown ground beef or turkey and season with taco seasoning according to package instructions. Sprinkle ground beef on dough. Mix cheeses together and sprinkle over meat.

Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes, then put lower pan on high rack and upper pan on lower rack and bake 12 minutes more or until cheese is golden brown. Cut into serving sized pieces and serve with toppings. Makes 2 (11x17 inch) pizzas.
