CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. washed rice
chicken pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cans water
Worcestershire sauce
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix (mixed according to directions)

Put 1 1/4 cups washed rice in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Wash chicken pieces and place over rice, fat side up. Dilute 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 1/4 cans water. Pour over chicken and rice. Dot with 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Mix 1 envelope of Lipton onion soup and sprinkle over chicken. Cover with heavy-duty foil and bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
