MEXICAN DIP 
3 lbs. ground beef
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Olives or kidney beans if desired

Brown the ground beef. Add diced onion and green pepper. Add cheese and tomato sauce. Stir in taco seasoning.

This recipe may be varied by adding green or black olives, kidney beans, diced celery or whatever you wish.

A very good dish for a buffet, it can be kept warm in a crock pot all evening. Dip your Tostitos and enjoy.
