HAM AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked and ground ham
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Shred cabbage and steam in 1/4 cup boiling water and 1 teaspoon salt. Butter casserole. Put in half of cabbage; sprinkle flour over cabbage then put in ham; cover with rest of cabbage. Pour warm milk over cabbage, sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Take lid off and bake for 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
