CHEF'S SPECIAL 
Lg. bunch Bok Choy (Chinese cabbage)
Diced green onion (1 bunch)

Chop these up.

2 pkgs. Ramen noodle soup (don't use seasoning)
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Warm in pan until noodles and almonds are tan in color. Drain on paper towel.

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix well then toss all together about 20 minutes before serving.
