1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can kidney beans, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1 head lettuce
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 green onions
1 c. grated cheese
Olives (if desired)
Avocados (if desired)
1 pkg. Doritos

THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. relish
1/4 c. ketchup
Tabasco sauce
Onion flakes
lemon juice
Garlic powder
Paprika

Mix with amounts to suit taste.
