SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
4 c. white bread cubes
1 scant c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter

Butter casserole. Beat eggs, add sugar, pineapple and add to bread cubes. Cut butter into small pieces through mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. (May be used as side dish or as dessert).
