CHICKEN DIVAN 
Use 12 x 9 inch, 13 x 10 inch or two 8 x 8 inch pans.

FIRST LAYER:

Lg. pkg. broccoli (1 lb. 4 oz.)

Cook according to package and drain. Put in buttered pan evenly.

SECOND LAYER:

1 cooked chicken (4 c.), cut up to bite-size
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder

(Hellmann's or Kent mayonnaise recommended.) Mix fluids and spice, then fold in chicken and layer over the broccoli.

THIRD LAYER:

1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Sprinkle over chicken evenly.

FOURTH LAYER:

Top with 2 cups buttered bread crumbs (6 slices and 2 tablespoons butter). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until bubbling hot and the bread crumbs are toasted. Delicious!
