MEATLOAF MINNESOTA STYLE 
2 lb. hamburger or ground chuck
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 eggs
1 c. quick oats
1 can tomato soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients except soup. Make into a loaf and place in deep pan. Mix soup with 1/2 can water. Pour over loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. To make gravy remove meatloaf from pan and add 1 cup water and a little cornstarch mixed. Pour into soup and meat drippings. Cook until thick.
