SOUR CREAM & CUCUMBER TOPPING 
4 oz. lite sour cream
4 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
1 cucumber, minced
1/2 tsp. curry (opt.)

Combine the ingredients and mix until smooth. This is an excellent topping for oven-fried fish or salmon cakes. Makes 12 (2 tablespoon) servings. 22 calories each.
