BAKED HERB CHICKEN 
1 cut up fryer or selected parts
salt, pepper and ginger
flour

Sauce:

2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Sprinkle chicken parts with salt, pepper, ginger and flour mixture. Place skin side down in oiled baking dish.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes. Turn pieces over and baste with 1/2 sauce mixture. Continue cooking for 30 to 40 minutes and midway baste with rest of sauce.
