JIM'S CHERRY DELIGHT | |
2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. (2 sticks) butter 1 c. chopped pecans 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 c. powdered sugar 1 pt. whipping cream 1 can cherry pie filling Combine flour, butter, and pecans; mix well. Press into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar. Whip cream until stiff. Blend cheese mixture and whipped cream. Spread on cooled crust. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill in refrigerator 24 hours before serving. |
