SAUSAGE SQUARES 
1 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. milk
4 tbsp. mayonnaise, divided
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 lg. onion, coarsely chopped
2 c. sharp grated cheese (I use 1 c. Cheddar and 1 c. Jack)
1 (4 oz.) mild green chili, drained and chopped
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine biscuit mix, milk, and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Spread evenly in 9x13 inch baking dish. Mixture will be very thin.

Brown pork sausage in pan. Stir off and break up meat, add onions, continue to stir until onions are tender; drain. Spread sausage mixture evenly over biscuit mixture in pan.
