1 lb. bulk sausage (hot)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese

Brown sausage and onions, drain and set aside. Mix together Bisquick, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Add red pepper sauce, egg, milk and mayonnaise. Fold in grated cheese. Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 1 1/2 in pan. bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
