GOLD NUGGET MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 slices bread, crumbled
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. carrot, shredded or grated
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
3 to 4 tbsp. ketchup
3 to 4 tbsp. bar-b-que sauce

SAUCE:

1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
2 tbsp. bar-b-que sauce

Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, pepper and bread. Beat until bread is absorbed. Add onions, carrots, cheese and beef. Blend with hands. Pack into pan. Combine sauce ingredients. Spread over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Use 3 quart loaf pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve.

When I'm not grabbing a taco to munch on, I like to get down on a loaf of meat. The breadcrumbs in this recipe are a must, but I'm not a fan of the carrots and cheese.
