CHICKEN WINGS PACIFICA 
12 to 15 chicken wings
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup soy sauce (I use low sodium)
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup water

De-joint chicken wings, discarding bony tips. Place meatier parts in shallow baking pan. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard and water and heat it until sugar and butter dissolve. Pour over chicken and bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes. This is also very good over chicken breasts and works very well in the crockpot.
