SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
6 - 7 (6 1/2 c.) medium red apples
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice, sugarfree
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter
Pie crust

Place peeled apples and undiluted sugarfree apple juice in pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer covered about 5 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in about 1/4 cup water. Stir gently into apple mixture. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer covered 10 - 15 minutes, or until apple mixture is thickened. Stir in cinnamon. Fill pastry shell. Dot with butter. Cover with crust. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 - 50 minutes.
