BACON ROLL UPS 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 lb. hot or mild bulk pork sausage
1/2-2/3 lb. sliced bacon

Melt butter in water in saucepan. Remove from heat; stir into stuffing. Add egg, sausage and blend thoroughly. Chill about 1 hour for easy handling. Shape into 3rds crosswise. Wrap 1 piece around dressing mix and fasten with a toothpick. Place on broiler pan and bake at 375 degrees for 2-5 minutes or until brown and crisp. Turn at halfway. Drain. May be made day before baking.
