CHARLOTTE RUSSE 
2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
2 pkg. (3 3/4 oz. each) instant vanilla pudding
1/3 oz. pkg. lady fingers
Sliced peaches or bananas
2 tbsp. sherry

Beat milk and sour cream at low speed until blended. Sprinkle in instant pudding. Beat at low speed. Line 1 quart mold with lady fingers. Add sherry to pudding and pour into mold. Refrigerate or put in freezer if made shortly before serving. To serve, unmold and decorate with fruit.
