BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour (or 4 c. Bisquick mix)
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer (room temperature)

Place in a greased 5x7x3 loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven, 350 degrees, for 1 hour. (Could drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over top before baking.)
