1 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 handful of raisins
1 handful of coconut
2 c. shredded zucchini

Cream together the oil, eggs, flour, sugar, and salt. Add all the remaining ingredients and bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9 in a 350 degree oven until a toothpick comes out clean, usually about 1 hour.
