HOT DOG RELISH 
4 c. onions
4 c. cabbage
4 c. green tomatoes
12 green peppers
6 red peppers
1/2 c. salt

Put all together after grinding and mix. Let stand overnight. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Add: 1 tbsp. celery seed 2 tbsp. mustard seed 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder 4 c. cider vinegar 1 c. cold water

Mix well and bring to a good boil. Simmer 3 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK vegetables or they will loose their crispness. Seal in glass jars.
