HOT DOG RELISH (CRISP) 
4 c. green tomatoes
4 c. onion
6 red peppers
4 c. cabbage
12 green peppers

Grind all of these and sprinkle with 1/2 c. salt and let stand overnight. Rinse with cold water and drain.

6 c. sugar
2 tsp. mustard seed
4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. tumeric
2 c. water

Pour over vegetables and simmer for 3 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Makes about 8 pints.
