AMBROSIA 
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple
3 med. oranges, sectioned
1/2 c. maraschino cherries (drained & halved)
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 box Cool Whip
1 c. apples

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the syrup. Combine pineapple, oranges, cherries and reserved syrup. Cover and chill. Just before serving, fold in coconut. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
