TERIYAKI BEEF | |
1 London Broil or flank steak, cut in 1 inch strips Marinade in: 1/4 c. light molasses 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. light olive oil 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger root 2 lg. cloves garlic, minced Meat may be marinated from 4 hours to 2 days, depending on taste. Place meat on roasting pan at 350 degrees in oven, turning once, until desired doneness. |
