BEEF TERIYAKI 
1 lb. beef chuck strips
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. red & green pepper, cut into strips
2 c. bouillon
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry (opt.)
1 1/2 c. Minute Rice

Brown beef, onions and garlic in oil; add ginger, peppers, beef strips, bouillon, soy sauce and sherry; bring to boil. Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir.
