BETH'S CRAB DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. snow crab or imitation crab
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 to 3 tbsp. white horseradish

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chili sauce
Juice from 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp. horseradish
Dash of Worcestershire
Dash of Tabasco

Mix cream cheese, crab, onion and horseradish together and mold into ball on serving plate.

For Topping: Mix together: chili sauce, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire and Tabasco. Put over crab mixture. Chill before serving. Serve with crackers.
